No practicing lawyer except the 10-15 top SC lawyers making 5 cr+ a day, would even think of purchasing Camellias. Heck, most DLF projects or in the GC area.
The people who would majorly invest would be
1. Senior bureaucrats investing foreign hidden black money. Trust me its easy, and they have multiples of this amount.
2. Richest industrialists for tax deductions and black money.
3. High end international funds/ reach people, again for similar purposes.
Trust me 50% of these houses will be empty after being bought. No working family person wants to invest 100 cr+ for a apartment.
