I'd recommend you stick to LSR - working as a lawyer is unforgiving and the crazy hours never really reduce even in 10 - 20 years when you are (hopefully) more accomplished, and there are so many other professions out there where you can get more success without having to sacrifice time for yourself or family..
Another factors that you should consider is that being a lawyer you'll have no work life balance, in whatever field you go ( source:Trilegal's recent podcast). But being a political consultant you'll probably have a decent balance. Atm what you should consider is what kind of life you wanna live.

If you get NLS 2025-30 batch, you must join because even if you complete LSR 2024-27 and pursue 3 year LLB, you will get your law degree in 2030.
So if committed to law and getting NLSIU, go for it.
No LSR or Stephen will match NLS education.
How are you just in 1st year at LSR when you are already 21 years old. 21yr olds are typically in their 3rd year in colleges.
