Would it reflect adversely on my CV if I resign in just 5 months without having any other job offer? In my current mental and physical state I can't even prep/show up for interviews so I need to rest and recover before I apply elsewhere.
Any advice as to what to do would be most welcome. Above all else, please be kind and refrain from any hateful/obnoxious replies.
I was in the same boat as you where I resigned from a T1 after barely 3 months of working. But to be fair I have 4 year work experience before that. However the burn was so bad, that I needed 2 years to recover from anxiety and burnout and was unemployed as total of 3 years. As on today, I am back in Mumbai and working at an MNC in their legal team at a decent designation. If you won't live, none of this would matter. Provided you have the financial backing and no loans to repay, please consider resigning. Take care
