I’m a law graduate from CLC, Delhi University (3-year LLB) and have been working in a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) lawyer’s chamber for the past year. This experience has given me significant exposure to corporate and insolvency disputes, along with a solid foundation in litigation.
I’m now looking to transition into the disputes team of a law firm—whether Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or a boutique practice. I’d love to hear from others who’ve made similar transitions or have insights into this path.
What skills or experiences should I focus on to make myself a strong candidate? Are there specific courses, certifications, or steps that could boost my chances?
Any advice, resources, or anecdotes would mean a lot. Thanks in advance for your help.
