Fair enough, but a lot of that number is from so many students who have graduated from law colleges across the country that are often unregulated shams. Take a look at past years question papers if you’d like to, you’ll see that they don’t ask anything that requires critical thinking or analytical reasoning. They just ask you to answer from the letter of the law, and it’s a simple exam. As long as you have the bare acts with you, you’ll be okay. I didn’t even take most bare acts, just borrowed it from the person sitting next to me and there wasn’t a single doubt in my mind that I’d pass. You will clear it too, don’t worry. Take care :)

They fail because half of them copy from each other and there are different sets. So, option a for q. 79 is marked by everyone, even if it's q. 85 in Set B or Q. 96 in Set C. These are the kind of idiots that give the exam.

Hey, while I understand the anxiety, I assure you that you do not have to prepare for the exam. With respect to the bare acts, there are sets that are sold specifically for AIBE, purchase one of those or look at all the acts covered in the set and borrow copies from office of those acts. Alternatively, you could borrow them from a senior who purchased the acts for the exam. The only rule is that it should be a bare act with no commentary or least amount of commentary, but you’re better off with the former, since a fussy invigilator could be a pain to deal with if you take the latter. The exam requires that you only look at the bare act provisions, read them and pick the right option. It’s a very easy exam, anyone can pass. It isn’t a college exam where you need to worry or prep for. Hope this helps you out, all the best, you’ll do okay.
