How the pay at JSA at all levels? Particularly in banking finance teams
Which location? There are enough treads on LI regarding JSA bnf Mumbai pay, work culture and everything else.
Hi - are you including the 8% bill share in the bonus component which you have mentioned at all levels?
3 Lakh as bill share as A0.

You are in a specific corporate team or a competition team.

For other teams it’s just 1-1.2 Lakh (on a higher end) as A0.
Can confirm this is true after including average bill shares. As an A1, my fixed is 1.2L and the bill share comes out around 20-30k each month.

Bonus is 4L on top of that, don't think anyone gets full
Pretty decent, 10:30-8:30 on most days. Of course there are late nights here and there but not more than 2-3 a month
I am at SA level (lateral) and can confirm it’s veracity. This is apt.

Fun Fact: Loyalist and hard workers will now get offended when they get to know they have been and are being underpaid and the seniors will (as they always do) deny this.
Jay Gandhi left JSA like 10 years ago, what are you on bro
How long did they take to reach out to you after the interview? And how many rounds were there
Which sector in JSA do you work in? As in corporate, litigation, regulatory, etc. just for reference as these figures seem high for JSA standards.
What's the difference between junior associate and A0 in JSA?
If you work hard your bill share will be a game changer. You will easily make 5x your fixed component. People who can’t do it will diss this but it’s true. As an A2 I make more than 50L per year (including fixed + bill share + bonus).
How high were you when you wrote this?? I even work 15-18 hours, I have not been able to touch 3x. You are dreaming of 5x. Maybe, your period of time is for 2-3 years!
PA at JSA Mumbai’s with not a good billing team. Payout is way lower than market standard compared to other T1s.
What’s the fixed per month at A3 level in bnf (excluding 8%)?
