This conference invokes the same presumption of innocence in my mind for Adani, of the kind that I learnt to develop from after the Aryan Khan case was kicked out. I vilified that bright young talent in my mind for no good reason. I must therefore presume Adani innocent until proven otherwise.

The case will be tried in the US under their laws (NOT INDIAN LAW) in the Eastern District of New York. It will be trial by jury.
The likely outcome is a guilty plea before trial and the ADANI Companies being banned from the USA Capital Markets.
The insight into how the the case is determined and if it will go to trial is the law firm they hire in the USA.
The release from the US attorneys Office says:
The defendants also extensively documented their corrupt efforts: for example, Sagar R. Adani used his cellular phone to track specific details of the bribes offered and promised to government officials; Vneet S. Jaain used his cellular phone to photograph a document summarizing various bribe amounts the U.S. Issuer owed the Indian Energy Company for its respective portion of the bribes; and Rupesh Agarwal prepared and distributed to other defendants multiple analyses using PowerPoint and Excel that summarized various options for paying and concealing bribe payments.
This is pretty damning evidence to prove a conspiracy.
1. Adani has not given any bribe in India. he is as innocent as mother teresa
2. Mukul & Mahesh are social activists pained by an innocent man's pains for being wrongly charged & their words are part of holy bible/koran/tora/geeta.

5. There is no excel file containing bribery list found on tablet & phones of Adani in new york. If found, FBI pasted that.
