This is an especially impressive feat as he is from the 2007 batch and around 40 years of age. He has been designated before anyone from the 2005 and 2006 batches. He has also been designated alongside two much senior alumni from NLSIU who are around 10 years older (Phiroze Edulji and Vipul Kundalia).

In recent times people who just joined the profession are getting empanelment, him getting a designation before others shouldn't be surprise!
I am sure Deep is a great lawyer, but no one can deny him being an ex CJI's son didn't help him get designated early.
