but sometimes I get scared that I am not doing good enough in comparison to my batch mates and others who are in T1 and T2, earning 1/2 lakhs more than me, that maybe I am a failure and incompetent and all.

One piece of advice that works for me- remembering that we are just too used to getting stressed and worrying- we should focus on living sometimes- from what you wrote, life is good rn. Enjoy! Talk to yourself and figure out what and why you feel so.
Want to know which place is giving you time to think all this. If I were you, I would be worried about the value that I am delivering. You're an A0, you barely know how shit works, focus on your work and delivering value, trust me the firm will ask for the justification for 15-16lpa of cost they're spending on you the next time you go and ask for raise.
Better buckle up.

Seriously, aapka 15 LPA itna ‘sad’ lag raha hai ki lagta hai aapko salary slip ke saath ek "best wishes" card bhi milna chahiye!
Chill yaar, sab kuch comparison nahi hota. T1 waale bhi apni life mein kuch struggle kar rahe honge, shaayad unke to deadlines se badi salary ka pressure hai. Tumhara team non-toxic hai, learning mil rahi hai, aur work life balance ka kya kehna! Bas, thoda zyada validation chahiye lagta hai aapko.
Anyway, you're doing fine, but maybe next time post ke end mein "validation pls" type kar dena. Just to make sure.
