They may not have too much work, but then that’s an entirely separate issue having nothing to do with their secretary or the work culture in the team.
the website seems very different from what i have been hearing about her practise area.
Matters are usually assigned from other teams internally (mostly matters where everything is done) or outstation teams. Primarily servicing a large IT client. In essence, more of advisory work and less of hardcore litigation.
Honestly any insight will very helpful .
Working hours is again as said above unpredictable.
Great place for money. Average place for IT learning. Bad team for learning litigation. Very high attrition at junior level.
