Granted sometimes there might not be enough hours in the 9AM to 9PM grind, but the workarounds to that are endless. You can have a 30min-1hr workout for even 4 days a week and reap the same benefits you’d get from working out 7 days a week consistently.
The human body is extremely adaptable. All you need to do is want it bad enough and have a life outside of work.
