It got me thinking.
👉 Do you remember what work-life balance looked like before?
1. Your laptop stayed at your desk.
2. Emails didn’t follow you home.
3. Collaboration didn’t mean being online 24/7.
When the office doors closed, so did the workday.
But now, it feels like companies want the best of both worlds.
“Come back to the office for collaboration!” they say.
...But also answer emails from your couch at 10 PM.
Here’s what I think!
→ If you want me back in the office, I’m clocking out at 6:00 PM.
→ If you want me to be available for evening meetings, let me work from home so that I can manage my personal life accordingly.
You can’t have both.
Very unfortunate.
This is the same situation.
