Don't do Ozempic. Do Mounjaro.

I've started but after consulting my endocrinologist.

It's done wonders for me. I've lost 7 kg in 3 weeks.

Send me ur deets and we can speak.
Stop trying unhealthy ways to reach a healthy goal. What even is the point of losing the weight if your lifestyle hasnt changed, you havent broken your past habits, have worked on mobility etc for old age. Might aswel not eat the pills and yolo it.
you cannot workout but you can definitely diet. No one is force feeding you or making you order fried stuff.

You cannot workout or take care of your diet if you work in a toxic team where the partners’ profits are more important than your health. So if you work in such team then change your team before taking any other steps.
Consult a good dietitian instead of going for shortcuts like this drug which has side effects. A change in diet will help immensely even if you cannot workout.
Its not available in India yet - not through approved channels at least.
Most of us look like grown up elephants. Don’t understate by saying baby elephants- they are cute because
try it out and let us know how it goes

BTW, do read about the side effects, its a mile long
Lawyers are humans. Our bodies function in a similar manner to other mortals. Ours isn’t the only stressful job. Just watch what you eat and move your body.
You can make time if you want to. You can be fit, healthy, look outstanding and feel stupendous if you have the desire. If you want to consider urself a victim and talk like one, by all means, take ozempic and whatever other trash that's in fad and destroy ur body.
How common is obesity amongst lawyers? Very very common
Ozempic is a diet suppressant. It doesnt directly aid in weight loss. The easiest way is eat lesser than your tdee and workout.
