While I do understand socialising is not the same as befriending, doesn't socialisng require you to be helpful by nature? And that's a virtue so in dearth in law schools. So folks who actually manage to socialise and have made use of "contacts" made in law school, how? What is the catch here?
It all starts from college and trickles down to the worst lot of people - at firms, inhouse or chambers.
