Hey, going to start my internship soon at a botique in Mumbai which has all women associates except the partners.

How is the culture generally when I'll be the only male most probably among women, is it good or bad
You will most probably get to leave early :)

And ofcourse good celebrations
It's the best imo! I work in an all women firm where even the partners are women. Just two guys and it's so much nicer and calmer than your regular office.
never join a female dominated team, even if you're female.
worst team, never collaborative, too much blame game.
True. The worst enemy of a woman is another woman.
Correction, never join a team trained by men. You may have a toxicity problem but that'll be because the partners are men. Women who are not made to compete for peanuts by men are the BEST.
I think none of you have never worked and writing this basis your assumptions. I recommend you try working in a female dominated environment and compare it with your male dominated and you will see the difference.
I think you're a student or something, because I have observed that female dominated offices are the best wrt work life balance, job certainty, communication, soft skills and parties.
stay away
all women place is not good.. (nothing against gender)
You specific made up examples do not add any value to your argument. I recommend coming back to this thread after you have graduated and worked in the industry for a bit
You want feminine women that display leadership, decisiveness and assuredness. And if they do you will call them bossbtch? Sweetie you are confused. It will take work to get to sexist.
Spiderman meme going on with this comment threadβ€” who is the actual comment OP?
All female associates? And do they go in their little courtrooms representing Barbie??
