How is the culture generally when I'll be the only male most probably among women, is it good or bad
And ofcourse good celebrations
worst team, never collaborative, too much blame game.
all women place is not good.. (nothing against gender)
Moved to a team with three male partners and I have been on absolute cruise control while learning at 3x the pace.
But I would say this, feminine women and masculine men make the best bosses. Softie men without blls and topper didis with a chip on their shoulder to be some bossbtch are hopeless bosses.
Call me sexist as much as you want if your smooth brain cant handle the truth.
My whole point is they donβt they have these qualities and just want to emulate some fugazi idea of a bossbtch corp lawyer giving airs and making money by cashing in on female quota privilege in addition to the privilege of their loaded families. If they exhibited assuredness, I wouldnt call them toxic or a wannabe bossbtch.
Women who have worked under the kind of snakes Ive described will also know what I mean.
I literally even called out feminine men who freak out, cant manage deadlines because they dont have the spine to push back when some unreasonable ask is made by client, and cant train and only shout because they are not subject matter experts themselves.
The namecalling is cute. Also a bit hormonal no? Breathe. Women are everywhere. If they make you so angry, your blood pressure will not survive it.
Youβre clearly getting worked up by my comments since its calling out people like you. Maybe move to my βmale dominatedβ team and see how much easier life can actually be.
No thank you. You can hang with your bros. I'm very happy growing with my powerful sistas.
