I am a final year student from a shit college in Mumbai, a few months ago I somehow got into a T1 firm and had a really amazing experience. I built a great rapport with the team and the partner there but due to my shit luck, the partner told me he finished hiring for my year and asked if Iβm interested in any other firm and I said yes. He now spoke to a parter at another firm and recommended me there. Now, this firm is infamous for its toxicity and attrition and I am not really sure if I will have a great experience or if I can do my best there, Do yβall think this will affect my rapport with the previous partner? How do I go about this, please guide.
