The void created is too big to be filled. Indus will take at least 5 years to recover from here. It's not like they are bringing some rainmakers from other firms, they are just hiring partners who would create the practice from scratch.

Give some credit to the Induslaw management. Despite the exodus Indus management has been able to do better hiring than other tier 2s like Saraf.

Loss suffered by Indus is irreparable in the near future. More than 25 partners and around 100 - 150 lawyers left Indus. Indus was building a great firm, it lost the plot completely.

Noone in the world cab replace Manan for ECM, noone ever. Kaushik was working in house for a long while, don't know why he went back to the practice.
