All good information here has been left useless behind blobs,, what is the use of such moderation that the idea behind asking the question itself is lostโ€ฆ.

Can you please elaborate what โ€œCAM has institutional issuesโ€ means?

In what way? Toxic is a broad term. CAM has institutional issues with promoting hard driving work culture as long as partners generate income.

Does this team / partner have issues beyond work?
There is this one very very toxic โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ in the โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ team who harrasses juniors so much and himself doesn't know shit. Rest if the team is js quite nice tho

Please explain. Whatโ€™s the thing with the retainer?

Are things really that bad?
They can leave but there is certain mechanism for that.

Delhi CM at CAM is not that toxic- it's decent and have an average environment to survive.

CAM is toxic as an institution itself with its policies and work culture and the pride among higher ups for having such a work culture. Avoid, if you can.
Hi joining CAM Mumbai in some time and have been asked by HR for team preferences.

Almost everyone I could talk to there spoke shit about their respective teamsโ€ฆ

Any good teams with good partners to aim for at CAM Mumbai??
