HRs: I get it that you don't want to vet CVs; ensure policies are enforced; deal with toxicity etc etc. But atleast do this. DO SOMETHING YOURE GETTING PAID. The amount of kids who forge certificates and do shit like this and get away because HRs here are just email managers who forward emails here and there.
(2) by looking at the universities and filtering the universities with which Cams HR does not have regular contact
(3) reaching out to the univ for finding out the rank
I'm a SAM A0, and the HR recently reached out to asking for our batch ranks after we got the job.
After this post, it's all the more likely. It's a very valid ask
1. Sidhu paaji saying - "Chah gaye guru" but replacing "A" in Chah with "U" and the last "H" with "D".
2. "Kalaiyo ka galat istemal" but "Kalaiyo" is replaced with "Dimaag"
3. "yeh wohi baat hui ki agar meri chachi ki munchhey hoti toh main use chacha kehta" - This line is for you, stating that you have a PPO regardless and think you earned it on merit. Yeah, marks are not part of your merit.
4. "Mushkil toh nahin keh sakte hain, tough zaroor hoga India ke liye" - After posting this, you would have thought ki iska answer mushkil nahi hai, par after it get posted, tumne khud ke liye ab tough kar diya hai.
