3. Yes. Very. Especially those from India - lawyers from other countries have a sense of loyalty to their fellow nationals and help out, Indians hate other Indians and make it as tough as it possibly can - mostly stonewall.
4. Find employment then worry about salary and perks. Most find below market pay, the ones that are fortunate and connected can find market pay (all start at an A0 level).
