Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
a) you are on a stable career path at a T1 and you wish to take a break but also make it to the next rung, a foreign llm would be suitable
b) you want to join academia
except for the above two the only other further narrower avenue would be to shift to another jurisdiction, which has been discussed many times in this forum (prev work ex, suitable jursidiction, prior contact with future workplace)
llm does not in any way help with law practice in India unless you have a legacy
There's no concept like work experience based PhD in law.
