When me and my parents were visiting a friend of my dad's who lives in Toronto and who studied for an MBA with my dad, my mum became very fascinated with the idea of me studying in Canada (didn't end up happening, obviously). But still, staying with it, my mum asked (without understanding the meaning of this term) if I did study in Toronto, this friend of my dad's would be willing to be my "legal guardian" over there. To which my dad snarkily responded, "There's nothing 'legal' or 'guardian-like' about [his friend]" (the friend is one of those types who can start a conversation with a stranger without hesitation and talk to them as if he knew them for 25 years, and is a heavy drinker, if of interest).
In the same spirit, there is nothing "genuine" or resembling "help" you will ever get on this platform. This ain't the place to look for it.
