We have an offsite in a week's time. Considering I'm the only A0 out here (in terms of seniority, I am closest to this one A1), please recommend some tips and do's and dont's, what type of conversations to initiate, where to draw the line and the like.
Have good food. Have a good laugh. Take some jokes they’ll crack on you. Get drunk, but not too drunk to start behaving recklessly or vomiting. Sing along or dance with them if they have such a session. You remind them of their lost youth, so cheer them up.
Don’t do anything you don’t want to do. Cheers !
