I'm considering judiciary as well as Law firms. But since past few days, I'm thinking about the Salary part. So, I've few questions about Law firms, I would be really grateful if somebody having first hand experience can give their perspective to a naive kid:
1. Does an Associate makes 90LPA post PQE ? Is it really common for someone to reach there?
2. Does an associate (or whatever the 'post' is) earns in crores after 12-13 years?
3. How much is the probability of quitting, by the time..?
4. How are the working hours, by 9 PQE?
5. How is PQE decided?
6. If the salary part is correct, then why does people complain all the time about their lives. Health detoriation is the factor? (Mental and Physical).
Sorry for asking such naive questions, but it would be really helpful if someone can explain. Thanks a lot!
