1. First cuts of term sheets, MOUs and transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, etc.). Then once the SA reviews my first cut he’ll mostly have ballon comments for me. I am supposed to resolve this and make changes accordingly. Add 1-2 more rounds of back and forth between me and the SA. Then the SA will finalise, I will proofread and it will go the Partner.
2. Due diligence. You will be allotted chapters for which u will be responsible
