Third, be ready for them to give lot of gyaan (mostly its self serving and occasionally can also be true).
Fourth, don't rush to get last date especially when the first time you are informing about the decision. I am sure you must have some deadline in your head or pressure from the new place that you are planning to join, but give your existing firm a day or so before you can start discussing your last day.
