Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
If someone gets registered with a state bar council and pays the enrollment fee (which was ridiculously high earlier), doesn't the exam look some kind of formality only?
Shouldn't this be the other way around, where you pass the exam and then only be eligible for registration as an advocate?
