So I'm curious - what are the biggest legal headaches that new startups in India usually face? I'm talking about those tricky issues that can really trip up a small business owner who's just trying to get their idea off the ground.
If any of you have experience with this or know someone who does, I'd love to hear about it. What should new entrepreneurs watch out for? Are there any legal pitfalls that people often overlook?
Thanks in advance for any insights you can share! I'm just trying to get prepared before I dive in.
