PREFACE: I dont want to come off as an undeserving entitled person while I ask which one should i 'choose' of these prestigious firm while not having the best CV. I am grateful for these connections and i am just trying to optimise this time to ensure i get a job.
I want your opinions in selecting a firm based on following considerations:
1 firm that is actually likely to hire based on vacancies (most imp)
2 seniors are more open to mentor than rest of the options
3 better work enviorment ( not hostile) compared to rest
I was wondering if I can ask you a question? what do you think will be the biggest reason I dont get it? A lil about me - I have a good blog publication, working on more, some speaking competitions creds and drafting comp creds, did fairly well in last internships (research work) they were not big offices tho. have interned abroad too.
Other than CV, skills and knowledge are good, not the best of the best. Do you, in this limited data see anything which could be a major problem in converting an internship to job?
