We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

His team has incredible attrition.
Who in MRP has foreign qualifications except the Partners?
Shaneen is the best. Great mentor and fantastic work!
2. Itโs also stupid to criticise the team for having people with great credentials - if people with great credentials and international work ex are consistently joining this team, it speaks to their ability to attract good talent.
3. On attrition, most people who have left their team are those who went to study further for LLMs (which happens in most teams) or those who werenโt getting partnership (agreed that the team is very top heavy).
One Partner has worked in Cooley for just a year. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
There are more people with credible foreign work experience in KCO where three major partners (and one counsel) have worked outside India for very long.
Letโs also stick to the subject of the post - SAM Mumbai - International Arbitration. Not SAM v. KCO or SAM v. Kartikey.
May the force be with them. ๐ช๐ช
