Prof. Tripathy and Prof. Kumari, watching the thread and smiling from corner! :)
It's the first few days. Not from GNLU but adjustment is a part of student life, irrespective of institutions
Oh mate, what can I say? I am so sorry to hear of your experience.

Told you! The picture was in some ways better than my initial prediction. With 20 upvotes, we see a strong sampling of people with common sense, but the 35 downvotes still prove that we have much to be concerned about.
1.A final year student unfortunately committed suicide last year for the first time in GNLU history.

2. A male professor entered GNLU Girls hostel last year but there was no outrage.
And the majority are happily celebrating placements at GNLU (with a post on this platform). Toxicity and insensitiveness at its best. "Placement-toh-milega, baaki-sab-bhaad-me-jaye" should be the mission statement of all state NLUs.
some of y'all will cry about anything and everything. Should we stop discussing placements and discuss insects first?
I can't stand the grandstanding essay either but you're exaggerating too. 1/3rd of the hostel isn't down with dengue and they fog the grounds so much that some kids with asthma had to complain to stop or reduce frequency.
Only on legally India, in discussions about ganloo, does one see the curious phenomenon of a comment advising a strong focus on your studies being downvoted more than it is upvoted.
(GNLU Insider - 5th year) Great job - to add on; I myself accompanied many dengue affected to nearest hospital, Dengue is declared Endemic by Gandhinagar Municipality, in most of the hospitals there are 100s of cases of dengue, its widespread in Gandhinagar.
These things have nothing to do with the institution. Bangalore also had 100s of cases of dengue and many NLS students and faculty were down for a few days. For once stop giving credit to GNLU for things it has no responsibility for.
I truly don't mean to be dismissive of your lived experiences, but the essence of your problems seems to distill down to insects in a forested area and no garba, is that right? This has pushed you to your breaking point?
Iโ€™ve been feeling good about joining SLS lately. No drama, good life, good work.
aapke struggles jahan se shuru hote hai, wahin pohochna toh humara sapna hai.
