If you get a good judge, it beats every other job you could get fresh out of law school hands down. Esp if you want to litigate. Saying otherwise comes from a place of ignorance
Some opine that it has some degree of repute attached to it whilst other dismiss it as a futile post-grad exercise with the sole objective being obtaining a LOR for LL.M programmes abroad. The truth, I feel, rests somewhere in the middle.
Is the SC judicial clerkship considered as meaning work experience at any reputed commercial litigation firm/chambers (people who are typically band 1 and pay well)
