Can somebody rationally explain what is the problem with pointing this out?
Any academic whose credentials are not visible from publications and research but time stamped Dailymotion videos is not worth championing.
Lol, he does not even have a Google scholar profile. Does he even publish legal work? He writes fiction mostly.

I did. And pointed out that you seem to have only heard of men. May be you want to think about why.
Arey yaar, I named people I have heard of. My knowledge is very limited. You can name them as well.
Why stop at the men not in India. What about Neha Jain, Lavanya Rajamani, Prabha Kotiswaran and others.

Yeah, they are also not in India. Lapse on my part
how are Khaitan and De in India but Balganesh and Ganjee aren't?
Must be Jayna Kothari for fintech law. Why else would NLSIU invite her as a judge for SAM moot?
These numbers are meaningless. Look for the journal's impact factor and h-index. Google scholar isn't a reliable standard.

How did you come across only these names? As in was there a list in any order, or did you search for these people individually? Because I know other law faculty in India who have got equivalent citations or more as per Google Scholar.

Prabhash Ranjan. His Google Scholar profile shows 700 citations, no mean feat for a legal scholar in his 40s. He is also a prolific author of research articles and op-eds both.
Prof. R Tripathy, in every depressing thread from Kathajodi.
Who are the top cited law professors, across different disciplines, in India? Not the Upendra Baxi and B S Chimni generation. But the mid-age ones i.e. 40s and early 50s.
