The SRP team under her is a failed attempt by the CM practice head at breaking into the Securities practice. Her team hasn’t done significant work apart from the (failed) representation during the PNBHFL SEBI/SAT matter a few years back and the current representation in the PAYTM matter.
On the contrary, Yogesh Chande's securities practice is much more successful and less toxic. Yogesh advises on much more varied matters and is an old hand. In contrast, Manjiri is a CM lawyer masquerading as a securities lawyer, and Prashant is only qualified in English law (or so he claims).
