Please never join this firm, especially the disputes team. It is a disgusting place to be and not recommended at all since people really don't care about you. EVERY SENIOR IS TOXIC. They all just pretend to be better than the others but they ALL SUCK.

You can attempt any approach but THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, NOT RECOMMENDED
Can someone pls tell me what is the application procedure for WG? Should I write to HR? Or should I cold mail the partners directly? Or should I reach out to the SAs?
SP's team is also falling apart. Except for the 2 SA's, everyone else has only recently joined in the past couple of months. IS and BGD team environments are incredibly harsh, it's enough to drive anyone insane.
can someone pls verify this?

- batch of '24 desperately looking for a switch to lit from cap marks
Why not DM?I heard he recently hired a bunch of freshers.

- BO' 2025, looking to apply.
I would absolutely not join Marylou's team if I had the chance.
▮▮▮ good lit team is of SP. Perfect one for juniors. Lots of mentoring. ▮▮▮
Will you be kind enough to drop the initials of all half decent partners at WG - for commercial litigation and arbitration? Noted on Team IS....that's a no no
How is BGD's team? Would you recommend as one of the okayish teams at Wadia Ghandy currently? IS seems like a terror, thanks for the heads up.....
At this point IS and BGD since the other 2 have hired recently. Working with IS can be really bad though. He has only one associate at a time and they land up leaving within a few months due to the insane work pressure.
BUMPPPP

which partner does good commerical litigation and arbitration? and may also be open to hiring? SP? RG?
Marylou would be a good option, she is super sweet and the team is chill
Thanks the detailed reply. Which partner's team would you suggest is worth applying to? Keeping in mind quality of work, work life balance, toxicity, etc.
