It's far more common in indian working spaces than you think.
and it will remain common as long as ye all don't see yourselves as workers and unionise.
What wake up call, saw few people joking about it in office today. Nothing’s gonna change, she was just a cell in the HR’s excel sheet
What's worse is that no one from her office went to her funeral. We are constantly reminded to keep our corporate life and our personal lives seperate, but people are losing their humanity in the process of becoming corporate slaves.
Other than few banks, school and of course lawyer’s offices most establishments are not exempt. They are in fact in violation something I highlight in every second DD report.
I did a DD where they did not have this registration for all 100+ material branches. 🀑
Please leave yaar this is not how life is meant to be
They you forget to mention that your SA will end up calling you and you about your status and humiliate you for being slow
In fact, the majority of cases go unreported because there is a stigma concerning mental health and families don’t wish to share it. In this case, we have got to know about it only because the girl’s family is coming out in the open.
plz take care overwork is cuase of silent heart attack. unless put boundaries they are always exploited. there is no use of money earned through maximum or highest billable hours if that is going to doctors for treating diseases.
Worked entire wednesday, slept for 5 hrs, went early to office on Thursday, came back at 9, started working again at 11 till 4.30 AM, slept for 2 hrs, started work at 7AM again, put in entire day at office till 9PM

Brain fried, fucked life
I think lack of proper work management and delegation makes it so stretched

By the time the SA/PA get a hang of things, everything is delayed and required on short notice
This has to be Indus cap marks (to be CAM cap marks)
Third option is for partners to be less greedy not keep all the profits with themselves. How about that?
Not for junior salaried partners. Most of them are struggling to meet insane targets set by management. For the EPs and MPs may be but that we all know will never happen. KCO may be an exception and that’s why KCO is rated as best workplace by many.
Other option is to ask which firm/team makes its lawyers work on weekends and late nights rather than which firm pays the most. Have never seen a thread on this forum where people are discussing the best teams to work…good bosses and happy workplace.
