Depends on a lot of factors. But I have seen people take a pay cut and move in house and I have seen people get a bump and move. It all depends on your profile, interview and negotiations and how desperately they want someone.
I have 2 PQE experience with a PE/VC team pf a tier 1 law firm. What salary can i expect if i go in house? I am currently making around 24-25 including bonus.
