I think your use of the word "discrimination" is indication enough of why your uni should deserve to be classified as a T3 NLU. If you knew a thing about non-discrimination law, you would know exactly why the phrase "disturbing and unfortunate" doesn't do justice to how wrong your choice of the word "discrimination" here was.

This is not true at all. You'll see people from all over, top NLU staff is 40% anywhere max.
Get rid of your fear of judgement and work hard to gain relevant skills, you will do really well.
