Look, i’ll be brutally honest w you- there are days when it feel like the whole thing is too long, considering how every transaction takes months. for a job or even an internship at capital markets, you need loads of patience, and a great attention to detail. All in all, it’s not a bad job at all, you just need to have a good working environment and everything will be hunky dory.

Dude, be determined and if you are hardworking enough then CM can be maintained with your personal life. But agar apne baap ke paiso par palne ke aadat the and just job lag gaye phir zaroor CM kya all practice areas are tough and wahe log yaha LI par aakar comments karte hai.
Deserving candidates who actually work these jobs for more than a month know how shitty it can be, but because desperate folks like you exist the partners always think they are gods and that we are disposable.
Then when we leave they struggle to replace us and put some small town hick like you at the job, you fail miserably, then they hike the pay to get back deserving candidates, and the cycle of misery repeats.

Try doing some research as to who the partner is and mail them your application. But you are likely to get it only if you have previous experience. Also I recommend not spamming them with emails. These partners are very proactive, if they like you you'll get a call within a week or two if you don't take the hint. All the best!
