As of now, no. The people who were at the previous institution are still managing it. So, it won't reach ABC level till it gets someone at the helm who actually is a visionary. Same with MNLU- might be a good place for a visionary VC and it reach NLUD levels.

It could overtake IIM A and C, but not IIM B. Bangalore is as good a location as Mumbai.
