1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

i was in batch of 24, consistently top 10 of my batch - sat in every interview, was shortlisted for all but couldnβt make through the interviews. now in chambers
My (not so secret) secret: Just keep at it. Send a shit ton of cold emails, cold calls, etc. Some T20/30 firm will take you in - go from there. It all goes in one direction, upwards. Never too late to start working hard :)
It's feels so depressing to graduate with low rank and without a job. What are my options? Pls help.
Nluo placed people with rank in 70s in 2023, same with maybe other colleges in similar tier. I've seen 50-70 getting placed easily jgls.
If you're in a t-3 NLU or a private college that isn't Jindal or symbiosis. You either to intern endlessly or should be ready to get out of college and grind with chambers and counsels where you might have to prove yourself in month or twos time
Also, just fyi for everyone: (1) I know couple of guys like me more than made up for the discount, (2) all these thumb rules (discount, 7-9 years to make partner, etc.) are just averages. Once in the game, if you think you can achive it - then the only thing stopping you is your imagination/ abilty to work.
