legit his team is most fragile to be a part of considering his books are down and there is no big mandates left in his team and in light of the recent events his team has a bad repute of ditching junior associates to meet team cost
Hey smart ass. Yes, I have worked in IBC transactional team, and can vouch that it's dead. There are very small mandates and RPs don't pay the lawyers much. Even the resolution applicants get the plans drafted in-house.

just another random ass writing transactional is dead, toxic team, don't join, just to avoid other from joining something good.
Your assertion should be backed by a rationale and facts. "IBC is dead" now I will look cool on LI.
Team is excellent given the deals, exposure, clientele (from what I've heard the pay is also great) but mind you working with the team is going to take away your sleeps and maybe life
I am thinking of applying to insolvency team at Phoenix legal but haven't come across any positive review, can anyone shed light about its work culture, that would be highly helpful?

The second group has seen a lot of departures in a very short time. Do not recommend.

Manmeet Singh at Saraf & Partners for IBC disputes

Misha and Siddhant Kant at SAM for IBC disputes

Anoop Rawat at SAM for Insolvency Transaction
Why would you want that recommendation? IBC (transactional) is dead. Less mandates and even lesser fees. Try something else.
