Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
1. Will I get a job in T1 or T2(I don't have any back support and 1st gen)
2. Will I get any internship or job in any specific field other than dispute( I have intrest and worked in B&D, regulatory, caps mark)
3. Will I be eligible to give judiciary.

Honestly try not to take it to heart. I failed in my 5th sem as well because of attendance issues owing to illness.
I'm in my 7th sem now, and I have an upcoming callback internship w a T1.
Firms judge you based on your performance during the internship, your personality and whether you gel w the team, and your willingness to learn during your tenure there.
You'll probably face a lot of questions asking why you failed but they'll understand when you explain yourself. They're all (mostly) humans after all.
