reply At nls there is no official policy. Most of the profs seem to be scared of AI and have changed their assessment pattern to avoid use of it. Some profs who teach AI related courses allow usage with disclosure.

reply Not overtly prohibited but it is easily detectable.. there are always words like inter woven, tapestry, labyrinth etc.. which give away AI. Ofcourse a smart person would not copy paste as it is.
