For content, you need to start with your own and ensure you post quality content. Your website will mostly gain traffic from law students like us who'd be searching for content for their assignments. If you do manage to post quality and ample content, you'll gain traction and start receiving publications; initally from law students like us itself, but eventually, the wiser students and practitioners of law.
Remember, building anything takes time, patience and consistence. It's not much different than building a youtube channel, albeit a little more difficult since people consume lesser worded content than audio visual content. Yet, if you're truly passionate about it, you'll put in the effort and it'd work out. So, good luck! Looking to visit it sometime soon :)
