Coming to India, Telegram was sued in a number of copyright infringement cases and represented by KCO and various Senior Advocates. As Telegram works in great secrecy and doesn’t disclose the names of key officials, it’s interesting to know how KCO was in contact with them. Was there a middleman? Was he the conduit who paid fees?
