Apart from that, no idea about SM, but TL Mum is known to have strong policies on the side β only firm in those towers who allow people to smoke in their balconies, along with having a decent canteen and culture of actually utilizing out of pocket options. Haven't heard good things about the work hours or the people tho.
All three firms present a similarly challenging environment across at least four of the following parameters: (1) excessively demanding working hours, including weekends; (2) inhumane treatment of employees; (3) unreasonable deadlines; (4) toxic seniors; (5) a complete lack of work-life balance, with expectations of availability 24/7, 365 days a year; and (6) constant stress, leading to a deterioration of mental well-being.
Given this context, I am contemplating whether to accept an offer from TL or SM, both of which are offering a more predictable compensation package in the range of INR 45-50 LPA (including bonuses), or from JS, which offers a fluctuating package that could range from INR 25-50 LPA. However, it is worth noting that JS's offer, despite the higher potential, lacks certainty, and in practice, employees typically earn around INR 30 LPA after factoring in bonuses and revenue share, despite the considerable effort invested.
All three firms are based in Mumbai and operate within the B&F sector. Which option would be more prudent to consider?
