Your other option is to acknowledge that the workplace is toxic and you cannot grow in toxicity. Time to switch jobs and get a hike while you're at it.
It's very very simple. Any law firm attorney (including myself) is an overpaid clerical worker. We do redlines for a living, there is simply no reason to have an ego. Part of any associate's job description is to engage with and mentor new joiners. Bullying is the resort of egotistical megalomaniacs who've let the money get to their head.
Give it right back. Bullies are cowards and will piss their pants the minute you stand up for yourself. The next time they speak out of line in front of others, stop them and ask them to fix their tone. Do not hesitate to confront.
