Clear case of patriarchy and misogyny and unfortunate that the judge made these comments. A woman must be entitled to half a man’s property and earnings as a matter of right. That is the law.

A lot of women are forced to quit their jobs and mother their husbands full time. How is she supposed to just jump back into working with no experience?
