By the way, when was the document last clicked on, who opened it last, etc is all traceable. We once had an A0 doing this in some other team, and the team came to know of this but never told him. Whenever we partners sit together we do have a small laugh at that. He wasn’t transporting files outside, but he was just the curious type, wanting to know who’s working on what, what partner has what matters, etc. He’s still at the firm and I don’t think he has any clue we all know, probably does since he himself must be knowing by now how the software works and the system operates.
Long story short: Don’t do it, us partners know a 1000 things which the associates think we don’t, we just choose to ignore them and let them be.
Or put it in draft and download on your phone. Nobody traces draft emails and nobody can.
Can someone please suggest any other way?
